Meditation & Yoga Retreat: Silence Within

At some dates throughout the year, we offer the chance for a special tailored retreat that serves as a place for self reflection, so you can find peace and silence within. The silence retreat provides optimal conditions for sinking deep within and helps you to break free from your mental chatter. If your life would benefit from more peace, quiet and silence, our retreat has the chance to make you hear your inner voice again and it will help you to finally discover peace at the bottom of your soul.

Silence is more than not speaking and our retreat helps you to renew yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. After a calming, yet energizing day of yoga, meditation and inner processes, the group comes together for a nightly Q&A session with our teacher to discuss life questions. Even though silence can be associated with sadness, our retreat celebrates and welcomes silence in our lives.

Our silence retreats prepares you to:

(1) come out of the noise of the world,

(2) reflect on problems and problem solving in your life and

(3) teaches spiritual practices that help you to be in constant contact with the silence and peace
in your soul.

The spiritual wisdom and methods we teach will help you to largely grow spiritually and personally. The quiet breaks throughout the silence retreat will furthermore enable you to get in touch with your nsoul very deeply again.

Day 1 (Arrival)

One of our team members will pick you up from the airport and bring you to our Ashram. We will give you first explanations about our week, useful information about Ashram and India and will answer any question you might have. Throughout the day we offer fresh fruits, vegetables, salad, bread, water, tea and various fruit smoothies.

Day 9 (Departure)

Breakfast
Depending on our flight table, you can spend the whole day in the Ashram joining the yoga classes, mediation or find silence in yourself. One of our team members will drop off you at the airport.

Price per Person: 1000€ inclusive accommodation for one week, 3 meals a day with unlimited access to fruits, vegetables and water as well as all classes and sightseeing trips.
